FAQ

1. Which days are considered weekends?
Saturday and Sunday are treated as weekend days and excluded when the “Exclude weekends” checkbox is checked.
2. How should I format custom holidays?
Enter holidays as YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY. One per line or comma-separated. Invalid lines are ignored and flagged in the log.
3. Is the calculation inclusive of start and end dates?
Toggle the “Count both start & end dates” checkbox to include both in the count. By default the tool is set to inclusive.
4. Do public holidays depend on my country?
This tool does not auto-detect national holidays. Paste the dates you want excluded (for your country/region) into the Holidays box.
5. What if I enter an end date before the start date?
The calculator will swap dates automatically and show a friendly note in the result log.
6. Can I use long ranges (years)?
Yes — the tool handles multi-year ranges. Very large ranges iterate day-by-day; results are still returned but extremely long spans may take slightly longer to compute in the browser.
